Job Description

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS: We\re seeking a Quality Engineer Intern to join our
Quality team in Summer 2026. This role is ideal for a motivated student
looking to gain real-world experience in electronics manufacturing
quality systems and practices. Responsibilities As a Quality Intern, you
will support our QA/QC processes by: Assisting in quality inspections of
PCBAs at various stages of production (incoming, in-process, and final)
Supporting failure analysis and root cause investigations for
non-conforming products Collaborating with cross-functional teams to
implement corrective and preventive actions Participating in audits
(internal and customer) and preparing quality documentation Collecting
and analyzing production and quality data using tools like Pareto
charts, control charts, and FMEAs Helping maintain and improve quality
management system (QMS) documentation in compliance with ISO 9001
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and process control
implementation Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor\s in
Quality Engineering, Electrical Engineering,, Industrial Engineering, or
related field Familiarity with PCBA manufacturing processes (SMT, AOI,
reflow, X-ray, functional testing, etc.) is a plus Basic understanding
of quality standards such as ISO 9001 or IPC-A-610 is a plus Strong
analytical skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data analysis tools is a plus
Effective communication and interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and
contribute in a manufacturing environment ITAR REQUIREMENTS- To conform
to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S.
citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident, (iii) Refugee
under 8 U.S.C. \ 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. \ 1158, or be
eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department
