JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Summary: The role supports our client
Statisticians and Project Managers to support R&E customers in
conducting data analysis. The role will assist in analysis and
reporting. This position focuses on providing support to senior team
members and contributing to the development of study protocols and data
management plans. Responsibilities/Deliverables: Support the design and
execution of statistical analyses under the guidance of senior
statisticians. Assist in completing statistical analyses and preparing
interpretive reports. Apply basic statistical or graphical analysis
techniques to deliver insights across diverse data sets. Provide support
in study design and analysis for other internal testing teams.
Influence: This role will interact with Sr. Statisticians, project
managers and Innovation Capabilities team members, primarily providing
support and assistance in statistical analysis. Qualifications and
Skills: Required: Basic understanding of statistical analysis methods
and experimental design. Proficiency with statistical software (e.g.,
SAS, R, or similar) for data management and basic statistical modeling.
Ability to explain statistical concepts in a simple, understandable way
both written and verbal. Successful engagement in a team-oriented
environment. Preferred: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
(e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint). Familiarity with data
visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, JMP). Data storytelling and
compelling communication skills are a plus. Education and Experience:
Minimum Education: Bachelor\'s Degree in statistics, data science, or
similar quantitative field of study. Minimum Experience: 2-5 years of
