JOB REQUIREMENTS: Genesis10 is seeking a Address Recovery Coordinator.
This role is with an insurance company hybrid 3 days onsite in Franklin,
WI. The contract duration is 3+ months. Compensation: \$16 per hour W2H
Responsibilities: Follow established guidelines to appropriately update
and/or advise other business areas if current client information is
unable to be located Review training manual to ensure appropriate
handling of non-standard undeliverable mail Follow work process to
ensure that hourly target is consistently met Provide back-up support to
the team leader in all areas such as formal and informal training,
mentoring and leading job duty assignments for the team Responsible for
adding value to the team and maintaining positive relationships with
team members by exchanging useful information and feedback, adding ideas
to their team PICK chart, sharing knowledge/expertise in team meetings
and supporting team members with informal training sessions
Requirements: High School Diploma Proficiency in 10-key typing Ability
to handle a large volume of work accurately and promptly; strong
organizational skills Confirmed data entry skills, keyboarding and
ability to navigate through multiple systems Ability to use Microsoft
Windows Ability to analyze and interpret technical data Effective
communication skills Demonstrated ability to solve problems
independently Customer service experience Only candidates available and
