JOB REQUIREMENTS: Who we are: Loparex is a leading global manufacturer
of silicone release liners. We partner with some of the world\'s largest
manufacturers to create world-class products used in branding and
packaging solutions, hygiene and medical supplies, automotive and
electronic components, aviation, and thousands of other aspects of
day-to-day life. Our Hammond, Wisconsin factory is looking for both new
and experienced Machine Operators to join our team! If you\'re new to
the manufacturing industry, we offer onsite, hands-on training and all
team members are eligible for multiple opportunities for growth,
learning and development. Day Shift Schedule: 5:00AM - 5:00PM 2-2-3
Schedule (2 days on Monday-Thursday; Every other Friday-Sunday off) Base
Pay Rate: \$19.50 hourly, plus premiums based upon the following: 2-2-3
Schedule Premium: 10% Extruder Machine Premium: \$1.00/hr Opportunities
for additional pay increases if trained as a secondary or primary
operator Responsibilities Operate the machine; this includes start-up,
changeover, shutdown and daily operation. Observe and monitor machine
for defects during operation. Identify and correct problems on machine.
Notify appropriate personnel of any operational issues. Use computer to
enter valid information and to print out roll labels. Perform routine
quality testing on product. Maintain a clean and orderly work area,
including the equipment. Follow company safety procedures. Must have
regular consistent attendance. Qualifications Strong commitment to
safety, quality, productivity and customers. Requires the ability to
read and write, follow verbal and written instructions, use basic math,
take accurate measurements and use hand tools. Strong mechanical
aptitude. Strong interpersonal and team skills. Previous manufacturing
experience preferred. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Ability to stand/walk
