JOB REQUIREMENTS: Duties and Responsibilities 1. Fundraising Excellence:
Exceed individual annual fundraising goals by cultivating new donors and
renewing existing ones, including major gift solicitations. Contribute
to the team\'s overall fundraising success through collaborative and
creative input. 2. Proposal Development and Solicitation: Lead the
process of development, writing, and submission of gift and grant
proposals to secure funding from corporate donors. 3. Strategic
Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for corporate
fundraising efforts in coordination with university and department
leadership. Further generating annual plans to reach individual
fundraising goals. 4. Identify Funding Opportunities: Research and
identify potential corporate partners and funding opportunities that
align with the university\'s priorities. 5. Relationship Management:
Cultivate and steward relationships with corporate representatives,
ensuring ongoing communication and engagement. 6. Reporting: Prepare and
submit reports to corporations, demonstrating the impact of funded
projects and initiatives. Also work with UA colleagues to review and
share annual impact reports to donors. 7. University Representation:
Appropriately represent the university at external events and meetings
with foundation representatives, showcasing the institution\'s strengths
and strategic priorities. 8. Collaboration with Faculty and Colleagues:
Work closely with faculty and staff, specifically, but not limited to
the Office of Research & Sponsored Programs and colleges to identify
projects and initiatives suitable for foundation funding. 9. Data
metrics and performance monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of
foundation fundraising efforts, making adjustments to strategies as
needed to improve outcomes including the achievement of individual
fundraising goal. Specific data tracked includes dollars raised,
proposal submissions, external meetings and donor qualification. 10.
Responsible for the supervision of student employees which includes but
is not limited to hiring, training, disciplinary actions, ending the
student\'s assignment, etc. 11. Performs all other duties and
responsibilities as assigned or directed by the supervisor. \*\*\*\*\*
OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Required Knowledge, Skills and
Abilities Bachelor\'s degree A minimum of 7 years of personal portfolio
management and securing gifts at the \$125,000 or above level is
required, along with experience in strategic planning. Strong verbal and
written communication skills and experience in messaging and branding,
