Position Overview
We are seeking an outgoing, relationship-driven Community Engagement & Business Development Coordinator to help grow our organization through strategic partnerships, networking, community involvement, and client relationship development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building meaningful relationships, and representing a company in the community while helping drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement
Represent the company at networking events, chamber meetings, trade shows, and community functions
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, nonprofits, organizations, and community leaders
Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, collaborations, and community outreach
Help coordinate and promote community events, workshops, and initiatives
Serve as a positive ambassador for the company within the community
Business Development
Generate and nurture new business leads through networking and outreach
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain ongoing relationship communication
Assist with client onboarding and relationship management
Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients
Support sales and marketing efforts through strategic outreach and relationship-building
Marketing & Communication Support
Assist with social media engagement and community-focused content
Help gather client testimonials, success stories, and partnership highlights
Maintain CRM/database records and track outreach efforts
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotional initiatives
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable networking and speaking with business owners and community leaders
Organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
Self-starter who can work independently
Positive attitude and relationship-focused mindset
Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, nonprofit work, or community relations preferred
Familiarity with social media and basic marketing principles is a plus
